DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, October 14th at 7pm\, the George Mauer Quintet\, sponsored by FAST Global Solutions. \n“This show is guaranteed to be a good time. There’s music and banter\, storytelling\, and jokes. The music\, much of it written and arranged by Maurer and other band members\, ranges from bop to pop\, jazz to blues\, gospel to musical theater\, ballet to settings for poems by Rainer Maria Rilke. Some tunes are serious and moving; some are silly\, laugh-out-loud playful. Best advice: Expect the unexpected and enjoy.” \nTickets are $30 in advance and $35 on the day of the event.
